Man programming at desk

Python for Data Analytics and more

Computer programming and the analysis of data is an increasingly valuable skill-set, especially in a post-COVID work environment. In this 2-part bootcamp, students will engage in synchronous and asynchronous discussions and exercises involving Python and that analysis of novel datasets. Students will gain novice proficiency in terms of programming and data analysis conducted through Python, as well as machine learning techniques. More specifically, students will write a Python program to prepare a dataset for analysis and generate basic visualizations from a dataset.

Prerequisite for Data Visualization and Machine Learning using Python is Python for Data Analytics

A 2-week instructional bootcamp encompassing 35-40 hours of learning lead by Professor Imad Antonios at SCSU.
